Thank you for all of the support throughout 9 months of collections. The bins will be going down tomorrow, as I am writing this.  The final collection numbers were close to 3000 pounds. The first of our 5 benches is installed in the Prayer Garden at St. Andrews Church and School, where Kate went to preschool. The second bench will go at Roosevelt Elementary School this summer. The third and fourth benches will be going in at Emerson Middle School. The location of the fifth bench is still being finalized, so check back soon for more updates.

We would like to say a special thank you to the Park Ridge Park District for their support and allowing us to keep the collection bins at their facilities. Thank you also to the staff at the Jewel-Osco on Busse and Greenwood in Park Ridge, especially Tom in receiving, for handling the hundreds of pounds of plastic bags that we would drop off at a time for them.
